what do you eat with yogurt?
I love plain greek yogurt, mostly because of the high protein count, but its thicker than yogurt and taste like sourcream. I usually add a packet of french vanilla stevia and cinnamon, but am looking for ideas.. What do you normally mix with your yogurt?

I mix honey or granola, or my fave cereal into the greek yogurt. Also bananas and honey is really good. Melt your favorite fruit spread and stir it around in it to make like a "fruit on the bottom" style yogurt. This is also good. take cooked noodles and dollop w/ a tablespoon or two of yogurt, salt, pepper and then heat it all up. it makes a great single serving sauce that is rich and low cal. To make it for a crowd use 1/2 cup or lil more and salt and pepper. I know it sounds weird but it's good. Enjoy
